Our Role
DreamXTG provides shortened redirect links. We do not host third-party destination content. If copyrighted material is hosted on another website, please contact that website operator directly in addition to notifying us about any DreamXTG short link.
DMCA Notice Requirements
To submit a notice, include your full legal name, contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the DreamXTG short URL involved, the destination URL if known, a good-faith statement that use is unauthorized, a statement that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
Where to Send Notices
Send copyright notices to dmca@dreamxtg.online. Incomplete notices may take longer to process because we may need to request additional information.
Action We May Take
When we receive a valid notice, we may disable the short link, restrict the publisher account, preserve relevant records, and make a good-faith attempt to notify the affected publisher.
Counter-Notification
If you believe a link was disabled by mistake, you may send a counter-notification with your contact details, the disabled short URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to appropriate jurisdiction, and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts that repeatedly submit infringing or abusive links may be suspended or terminated without payout for invalid or policy-violating activity.
